How to register via our portal

  • Go to our DNS and hosting portal, url: https://myportal.ethiotelecom.et   
  • On the home page, start by searching for the domain you want
  • The Search form will check the domain availability and get instant pricing. 
  • Once choose your domain name with the required extension, please provide your valid personal information. The email address you put will be used as a user name to log in to our hosting and DNS system and as a contact address to received notification and announcement. 
  • When you complete the order, a receipt will be generated for you to settle the receipt amount at your convenient payment mode (via bank transfer, PayPal, stripe). If Bank transfer is selected, please use the receipt number as a reference to be written on the bank form when deposited the amount or on the “reason” space if transfer via mobile banking. 
  • When the deposit is finalized, we will check and activated your account. And notify you via SMS and email by the address your provided when you registered for the service.  If any delayed is occurred, please call 994 and provide your invoice number as your reference.
